Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Responsibility over tasks related to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures including G/L maintenance and reconciliations.
- Responsibility over the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements of the company and the reporting to the Bank of Lithuania.
- Managing ongoing reconciliations for the EMI activity.
- Work with external auditors and advisors on audit and accounting/tax matters.
- Perform ongoing financial activities to ensure the integrity of accounting information and perform controls over bookkeeping transactions and reporting.
- Assist in cash flow management and analysis including handling ongoing payment activity and reports from local and foreign banks.
- Taking ownership over the Intercompany monthly billing, collection, and reconciliation process.
- Assisting site managers with ongoing finance related tasks.
- Controlling the payroll process in collaboration with external payroll providers
- Implementing and maintaining finance policies.
- Taking part in Ad-Hoc projects.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or controlling.
- Deep knowledge of financial & accounting requirements and taxation.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial reporting (IFRS standards)
- Fluent English (both spoken and written).
- Highly proficient in MS Excel.
- BIG 4 experience would be an advantage.
- Experience in Navision would be considered as an advantage.
