Job description
Your responsibility is to develop positions of MILWAUKEE® in end-user market. MILWAUKEE® is driving the conversion to cordless technology within different areas, and your task is to leverage our cordless systems to provide increased productivity for our end-users. As part of the Job Site Solutions (JSS) team, you will be the expert of Milwaukee power tools. Visiting job sites is a large part of your job. Here you will work to convert customers of your own, and to provide support to the full JSS team and to our key account managers on large customer opportunities. A key success factor in this role is to develop a strong cooperation across the full MILWAUKEE® team, including JSS specialists in other Nordic markets.
Further tasks:
- Plan and implement sales and market activities, including participation in local/national sales events, trade fairs, etc.
- Identify and convert large end-users to the MILWAUKEE® cordless system in cooperation with distribution partners
- Implement and follow-up on sales plans and budgets/work out relevant analysis and reports, etc.
Requirements
What qualifications are we looking for?
You come to the position with a strong knowledge of the plumbing market including the above-mentioned tools and applications. The position reports to the Finnish JSS Sales Manager.

- You have a high energy level, love challenges, and enjoy getting to understand our constant stream of new technical solutions
- You are goal oriented, self-motivated, have the will to succeed and are not afraid of change
- You are effectively planning your workday, which includes working both independently, and in a team
- We expect you to master Lithuanian language and to have a good knowledge of English as well as experience with the MS Office suite. CRM system knowledge will be an advantage.
