Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities
Provide leadership in collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results
Efficiently manage data warehouses for data blending
Prepare periodic and custom reports for various target audiences
Provide insights and notable remarks in order to help top management make effective decisions
Proactively work on data processing automation, continuously develop BI tools, such as Tableau, Domo
Requirements:
2 years experience as a Business Analyst or Business Intelligence analyst
Experience in creating and implementing BI products
Experience in data modelling
Strong analytical and logical thinking
Demonstrated ability to meet timelines and organize working time efficiently
Excellent attention to detail
Possesses soft skills to navigate through the organization, knowing who to engage and bring together in order to create new or improved processes, helping to improve data quality
Is familiar with standard BI methodologies and tools
