Currently we are seeking candidates for a position of:
Finance Center of Excellence Advisor
The Finance Center of Excellence Advisor role reports into the Manager Finance Center of Excellence within the regional COE, The Finance Center of Excellence Advisor will take a senior role within the function.
As an Advisor you will provide technical and expert advice to senior/ executive management on current and emerging trends, practices, opportunities and any risks within A&C.
You will be responsible for leading high impact regional projects that will require research and analysis in varying levels of complexity. Using your broad and in-depth knowledge you will deal with the more complex queries within the function.
Although you are not directly managing a team you will be responsible for delegating and overseeing the work within the team.
The role will see you being involved in the same areas as the Specialist position, albeit at a higher level:
Managing Record to Report risk and compliance;
Assess risk and implement controls;
Manage cross-functional Finance projects (including integration) and ensure standardization across the organization;
Supplier contract review;
Perform recurring balance sheet reviews;
Manage complex Accounting tasks and provide solutions to Accounting issues;
Take part in process improvement initiatives;
Act as expert within the COE team: advise, train and help developing the team of Accountants.
Tu esi idealus kandidatas (-ė), jei:
Relevant Finance education, professional qualification desired;
Previous supervisory and work co-ordination/delegation experience within a finance function, in particular in Accounting;
5 years finance experience ;
Ability to consistently converse and present up to senior leadership within organization;
Project leadership, capable of leading and delivering a project using QDM;
Creating a project vision and goals that are aligned with local/corporate requirements;
Implementation of tracking mechanisms, risk assessments, meeting cadence with project participants and stakeholders;
Focus on solutions and results rather than problems;
Able to demonstrate evidence of competencies as detailed in the Recruitment Profile.
