Main job responsibilities
- Ensure full ownership of the office and best employees and guests experience: starting from welcoming packages, supplies, entry cards, ending to promo items, inventory and maintenance
- Handle company correspondence and documentation, including contracts, invoices, expenses and HR related reports
- Arrange business trips
- Participate in onboarding and exiting processes
- Taking care of postal, local and international courier matters
- Contribute to organizing company events and initiatives
- Contribute/ own HR and Administration department projects
Your qualification and skills
- 1 - 2 years in similar job role
- High level of customer and employee focus
- Strong sense of responsibility and can-do attitude
- Excellent organization skills and ability to successfully meet deadlines
- Attention to details
- Strong proactiveness & project ownership
- Strong collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
