LEGAL COUNSEL/ DPO

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult colleagues on various legal, especially on data protection issues
  
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of company’s data protection processes, systems and controls, identify and mitigate the risks
  
• Advise the team on our new services and features, provide a business-oriented practical advice on the compliance legal requirements, including but not limited to the privacy matters
  
• Prepare and deliver trainings to colleagues on data protection topics
  
• Draft, review and / or develop internal corporate documents, including related once to data protection
  
• Conduct and advise on internal privacy-related audits and privacy impact assessments
  
• Draft, review and negotiate various agreements, including data processing agreements and other privacy-related agreements

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

• At least 2 years of experience in data privacy field (big advantage for know-how of e-commerce business or specialization in Commercial Law)
  
• Deep knowledge of data privacy
  
• Problem-solving and attention to details skills combined with strong business acumen
  
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (Russian skills is an advantage)
