BUSINESS ANALYST

BY JOINING US YOU WILL:

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, product users to define business needs;
  
• Work closely with the development team to find the best possible software solutions;
  
• Help to identify business value and clearly communicate within organization;
  
• Specify and visualize requirements (UML, BPMN diagrams, Use Cases, acceptance criteria etc.);
  
• Transform business requirements into user stories;
  
• Manage the backlog for development team;
  
• Work closely with the Product manager to align product strategy and prioritize the tasks.

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

• Proven record of Business Analysis in Software development;
  
• Solid experience in gathering and documenting business requirements;
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills;
  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details and customer value-driven mindset;
  
• Ability to work independently, sometimes in an undefined environment;
  
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders;
  
• Demonstrated ability to work with Atlassian tools: Jira software, Confluence etc.;
  
• Certification in business analysis (advantage).

Salary 2800-4500 €/mon. gross
