Business controller

Responsibilities:

• Management reporting of country/business unit financial KPIs, scenario comparison
  
• Overseeing & securing the accuracy of month closing, especially in part of intercompany
  
• Analyzing financial data, including deep profitability analysis
  
• Analyzing business processes and developing cost saving controls
  
• Facilitating short-term (budget) & long-term planning processes in part of financials, building scenarios
  
• Sales controlling
  
• Supporting business case calculations
  
• Monitoring internal controls & evaluating financial risks
  
• Cooperation & support of centralized accounting team (PSC)
  
• Coordinating new Finance ERP implementation from country/business unit perspective
  
• Participation in audit process
  
• Other financial tasks

Requirements:

• Academic degree within the area of Finance or equivalent
  
• 3+ years of working as a business controller or a similar role
  
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and good communication skills
  
• Ability to work in a team and individually
  
• Self-motivated individual with can-do attitude, comfortable thinking out of the box
  
• Ability to work under pressure during tight deadlines
  
• Fluent communication skills in Lithuanian and English
  
• Experience in using Finance ERPs, such as SAP & HFM (or similar) appreciated
  
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI is an advantage
  
• Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating taxes and accounting
