Act as the first point of contact for relevant business unit and Department Manager on people related questions;
Assure that HR processes and tools are successfully developed and suggest improvements;
Support or lead other HR projects, pro-actively drive implementation in relevant business units;
Lead and manage a full cycle of selection process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, negotiating and closing candidate, foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
What you bring:
Successful experience in HR Project manager or similar role;
Good knowledge of the HR processes;
Ability to build relationships and connect with people;
Project ownership, good communication skills, positivity, and a ‘can do’ attitude;
Internal motivation to achieve the highest results;
Good English language skills both written and spoken, Russian would be an advantage.

We offer a salary from 2300 EUR (bruto), and the specific amount will be gladly discussed during the interview, taking into account your experience and qualifications.
